BaneNor hired a recruiter to interview candidates for this job because they love to waste tax payers' money by giving away funds to their friends who run other companies where they'll soon be looking for their next job. I was interviewed by two people who clearly knew nothing about software development and were tasked with selecting candidates. They dragged out the interview for as long as possible, asking stupid and irrelevant questions that was clearly just an attempt to fill time (as I'm sure the recruiter invoices by the hour). The manager for the role at Bane NOR was totally unresponsive to SMS and email communication.
