Smooth, nothing unusual. They reached out to me on LinkedIn and then had a first screening call and 3-4 rounds of interviews with the manager, the HR and the team. Overall easy and expected questions. The process took too long (from early June to late August). Every interview round was brought up as the "final" one. After the actual final round I never received a response or heard from them again, even though I followed up with the recruiter who initially reached out to me (and was constantly calling me after every round to hear my thoughts) -something I found very disrespectful.
