Interview process was long, Several rounds, Including 2 different assessments. Very little transparency to the engineering team that you would be working with. Final interviews with committee that is comprised of different engineers from different teams. Overall the assessment seemed very arbitrary and without direction. Seemed like they didn't know what kind of person they were looking for.

Don't bother with these types of places. Applied online. Sent a hackerrank link in my email some weeks later. 10 free form essay questions akin to "what is your greatest weakness?". Seriously? Maybe ask these in person instead? A few easy technical questions related to HTML, CSS, JS and react. 3.5 hours is the allotted time. This is all before talking to a single human being. Pay isn't listed but looking at glassdoor it's not good. I already have 2 offers at places with much higher pay so I'm not going to waste my time with somewhere that doesn't respect it.

Recruiter call, behavioral call , hacker rank assesment, another behavioral call, recruiters were pretty unresponsive, never got back to me, had to go through various people to get answers. Behavioral calls over phone instead of video seems impersonal. The second video behavioral was good , but others were not. Recruiters never got back to me with feedback, even if i was offered a position i would have declined. Out of all interviews i have had, this ranks at the bottom
