This interview process was the most stressful I've ever been a part of. I had some outside factors contributing to that stress, but nonetheless, it was intense. My interview process consisted of a recorded interview on the computer (HireVue), a skills assessment, 1:1 in office, and then a final 1:1 in office. I worked harder for these interviews than any interview I've had in the past. I studied BambooHR's software and culture. I would suggest researching those two topics so you can be prepared too!

1st interview was through HireVue. 2nd was through Google Hangouts. Both were so fun and informative. I've never done a HireVue interview before but BambooHR provided me with videos and resources to prepare so I felt confidant going in. The second interview was set up quickly after my first. They are great at staying in touch and getting back to you within a short time frame. With each interview, I heard back within the week.
