Easy to get in. Long interview with the owner. Made the job sound wonderful. The interview lasted one day, and once you accept the job and start working there, the freak show that is Baltimore's Best Events, is exposed. The owner cried on my first day working and told me how she can't afford to pay people so cooks the books. She is also pretty strung out on the daily. I started looking for a new job my first day working here. Don't be fooled by the good front they put on during the interview!

My personal interview process involved 2 interviews. The first one, she had her dog in her lap, and answered the phone to talk to people at least 10 times. I was in the office for the interview for over an hour. The second interview was quick and easy, in which I got hired. For other employees, I have seen her invite people in for interviews and forget about them, leaving them sitting in the lobby or an office waiting. She has also hired people on the spot because she did not have time to interview them when they came in for their appointment.
