Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Bally's Interactive (Londres, Inglaterra) en abr 2015
Entrevista
I was contacted by the HR and Recruitment team, who had found my portfolio online, and was asked to do a phone interview. This interview was mainly a quick bit of insight into the details of my CV, and questions about the type of place I would like to work (for cultural fit, I imagne). A few hours after my phone interview I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I was also asked to forward over a copy of my CV because they only had what I had available on my website. I was also sent over a design task to complete
My interview consisted of meeting the HR and Recruitment team in person, going over what I had spoken to them on the phone again but more briefly this time. I was then introduced to the UX Lead and the Senior UX Designer, and we discussed my career progression thus far. I was then brought to meet the rest of the UX team and was asked to show and justify my design decisions for the task I completed, as well as show my previous work. I felt as though my stuff was being picked through with a fine toothed comb, and I wasn't as prepared to justify everything as I should have been. But it was good, as I believe it was a reflection of the type of environment I would be working in.
I was offered the job 4 days after my interview via phone, and then additionally via email. My contract and welcome package were emailed to me the next day.

Entrevista
The interview process was clearly explained and feedback was given in a timely manner. The interviewers were very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel at ease and although there was 5 people in the room, I did not feel the pressure at all.
