Bajaj Auto’s interview process involves resume shortlisting, an online test (aptitude, technical, sometimes psychometric), and a technical interview focused on core engineering subjects and projects. This is followed by an HR round assessing personality, motivation, and cultural fit. Some roles may include group discussions.
