It was not very straightforward at first, but I ended up doing a phone interview and then a virtual interview with the supervisor of the program and an associate Financial Advisor. I thought it went well, but they ended up choosing someone else.

First, completed an online application through my university. About a week later, had a screening call with my recruiter over the phone. A couple weeks later, had an in-person interview with a small team.

The interview process was very smooth and the recruiters made it feel much more like a conversation with a friend than interview. Everything was pretty timely in regards to the interview process.
