I heard back from HR only a few days after applying. The whole process from first call to last interview took about 2 months which seemed a little excessive for a mid level position. Everyone was kind and personable but the organization and follow up communication was certainly lacking. My final interview lasted about 4 hours and I answered the same questions from 6 different people.
