The recruiter approached through LinkedIn. I shared my resume and we spoke over the phon. This was very good discussion where he explained me about the roles, what they are looking for and shared the JD with me. I also explained about the interview process and asked my availability for the interview. First round - scheduled within 2-3 days and the interviewer was too good, technically very sound. He asked me a lot of questions covering all the area of SDLC including core concepts of programming languages, java, frontend, cloud, best practices, desing patterns, microservices. Received timely feedback and then scheduled the next round within next 4-5 days L2 - two panelists: both were having around ~20 years experience into industry. This round didn't go well for me, I mis-sensed their questions and rational behind the questions and shallowly addressed the scenarios/questions. Result: Interview ended in ~40 mins or less, Feedback: Negative.
