Interview process was very clear and straightforward. Recruiters did an excellent job in keeping up to date with process and stages (I was actually very impressed by this). Case study task was a good selection for banking (loosely related), needed to spend 8-10 hours on a design task exhibiting your process, and then present to a few designers.

Asked about previous experience and UI designing process.
I got rejected because I didn't have B2B2C experience, in the first recruiter interview. The recruiter seemed very friendly, but they were looking for something very specific. I didn't get to the second round to write about it, unfortunately.
The interview process at Backbase for this specific role was smooth and interesting, not short but clear, the expectations were quite clear and overall it was aligned with the role.

I was recommended for the role. The recruiter got back to me in a few days. I had the screening interview, after which they decided to not move forward with my profile.
