I get offer on Linkedin and I talked with HR. I had possibility to choose technical task type - task for home or some set of smaller code examples to resolve . After that step I had technical call based on it. Last step was interview with manager. I got asnwer next day after that.

Entrevista
The first interview is with the recruiter, who’s always running late and doesn’t even send any notification emails. The next step is a technical test that you have to complete online, and there’s not enough time to finish all the tasks. After that, HR completely disappears, and even if you send them an email, they don’t respond! Their behavior was really unprofessional.

Entrevista
First came a 30 min online interview with an HR person. Not too taxing, friendly 'getting to know you' chat. I think this part was really just to check I didnt have 2 heads.
Second came a practical assessment. Complete some acceptance criteria and zip/email or github.
Third came a review of the practical assessment with a couple of senior devs. This part can last a while and goes into some depth. Includes discussion of technical choices made.
Finally came a chat with Engineering Manager. Again further getting to know you type questions with an emphasis on whether they thought you were a good fit for the team
