The hiring process was very organised. I especially enjoyed the fact that even though it is a large company which is scaling up at a high pace, they still had a personal touch to it. The interviews can be self-scheduled through an online platform. After the initial call (30 mins) with the Recruiter, there was a video chat for about an hour with the hiring manager and someone from HR, followed by the third and final round: a 30-minute-long video chat with the Hiring Manager and the Happiness Officer from the company. From the initial call with the recruiter to the offer stage, it took about a week only.
