There were 4 rounds of interviews
1. HR screening
2. Phone screens (2) - techno managerial/functional
3. In person interviews with tech, business, CTO and CEO all in.
I certainly enjoyed the questions as they were extremely practical and went deep into some of the challenges, learning and how to do things better next time.
While the interviews were really good, the outcome was delayed and wasn’t transparent. changed the role during the discussions with conflicting decisions
