I applied online. A meeting with a recruiter was scheduled after 2 weeks. Very friendly recruiter but the interview was very focused on what projects I do on my personal time and what technologies I am learning again in my personal time. We had a misunderstanding about what I am interested in, which was resolved by emails and after 3 weeks they invited me for an interview in their office. By this time I had already accepted another offer.

The technical interview was conducted professionally; however, the feedback I received did not fully reflect what actually took place during the interview. Some topics that were clearly and accurately explained were mentioned in the feedback as being “not appropriate,” which does not align with the discussion we had.

They have a standard process, HR , Take home assignment, Team discussion, Culture fit and offer. Based on the take of the team on assignment they set up an interview to discuss the outcome and questions on technical ground of the assignment and also logical questions.
