The procedure consisted of a small and relatively easy technical skills test. In addition, two interviews were scheduled. One with the hiring manager and one with two colleagues. You can do a lot to steer the interview in the direction that is desired by you. The atmosphere of the interview was open. No standard or lame interview questions. Straight to business.
