I just had a first stage telephone interview with the Test Manager there. At one point she said to me: "I have one concern about you and it is that you are a quitter, you quit when the going gets tough". This is not how you should speak to someone who has had 3 different jobs in 8 years. At this point I decided I would not want to work for someone who talks to people like this. The interview was mostly a chat about my experience how i see the role of an agile tester.
