I applied online, the process took about 2 weeks. Quick email request from recruiter to schedule phone screen soon after I applied (a few days). I promptly scheduled time with them and they stood me up the first time. I followed up via email ~15 min into the scheduled time and was directed to reschedule a later time. Finally had the phone screen a few days later. Overall conversation was easy going & I thought I did well. Moreover, my experiences and background aligned very well with what they were looking for. Surprised to receive an automated rejection email the next week. I reached out to see if there was any feedback they could share. Silence.
