Well I would say an irresponsible startup mistakenly gone big without any experience and moral responsibility towards youth. If you get a mail stating after rigorous selection process your resume has been shortlisted, believe me you have been called for a walking interview with atleast 800 people for 10 vacancies. The company calls candidates from cities to one center. I saw people coming to Delhi from Jodhpur, Jaipur, Indore, Lucknow and many distant cities travelling 6 to 20 hours. And where that rigorous selection process and travel gets you to is a less than 1 min interview with some inexperienced nicely paid sales executive of Byju.. Who does not pursue any ethics of recruitment and has never done any good work in life other than fooling public for Byju. Most of them can not even understand the full form of skills in your resume. If some responsible company was in its place, this first round could have been done on telephonic interview instead of wasting money and time of aspirants This entire process represents the value of youth in Our country. If you see in any other responsible nation, they pay the candidate for his travel stay and the day at interview. But #RaveendranByju scored 100 2 times in CAT and has a 500 million company.. so he is now authorized to treat you like trash

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
