Online video recorded responses. It felt very impersonal. Application was rejected without any dialogue and multiple, polite requests for feedback were totally ignored. It didn’t bode well and ultimately they probably did me a favour.

How I would handle a difficult customer (fairly generic and easy).
The interview was good and very engaging. Explained alot about the role and what would be required on a day to day basis including questions about personal experience from previous career roles.
