Apply online Online assessment (easy) Telephone interview (That’s what I got up to) Took about 2weeks to get to telephone interview I got the telephone interview and then after the interview I was put on hold and said I was unsuccessful. I asked why? They said my response was good and detailed but, I don’t have the right personality? What!! The interviewer said I should be personal with the customer- ask about their children etc. And how is someone meant to know things like this when they haven’t received the training or haven’t been given an opportunity to show how good they are and progress. The job description says there is 5 weeks training - if my interview was good and detailed , what’s the problem? You have to give someone an opportunity to let them show what they can do. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, that a company judges someone they don’t know on their personality. I don’t know the interviewers personality, I don’t judge them or anyone. So why judge someone you don’t know, especially when you have only spoke to the person for 10 minutes. But you said my responses were good and detailed.
