Did situational judegement test, submitted CV and covering letter and got short listed for skype interview. Interview went ok but the interviewer typing away at her keyboard put me off a bit and she wouldn't nod when I said something. I passed this stage and had to do a coding evaluation to be completed in 7 days which at first during exam time. This was poorly organised with little flexibility. Fortunately they manage to rearrange it for a bit later once exams had finished. I had specified that my preferred location to work was in Ipswich because that's local to me. They then ring me up 3 days before the assessment centre to tell me there's no more placements available in Ipswich, and the job will be in Cardiff. Very poorly organised on their part. Nonetheless, I still decided to go to the assessment centre in Ipswich and the people were very nice. Helped us settle in. Interview went well, coding evaluation went ok. Group exercise, the seating arrangement wasn't the best, all candidates were sitting in a bit of a row and not able to face each other - this is especially a problem if you're sitting on the end. VR was good fun but instructions/objectives weren't always clear. Final activity of the day was also quite good. I am happy that during the whole selection process there were no numerical reasoning or verbal reasoning online tests, but the whole process especially by the client recruitement company was a bit shambolic.

After sending an application on their website, I was sent an invitation to a video interview. I was given sequence of questions and before each one, I had 30 seconds to prepare and then record an answer the question.
Strengths test online which provides good results, Skype interview after which it was implied I would hear back after 7days. Was denied a place within a few hours. Overall disappointed with the experience which felt very unprofessional, also got no feedback at all.
