A short written test on engineering basics and English competency. Next was a tour of the production facility. We were told to create a presentation related to the industry. Interviews commenced after lunch and each candidate was interviewed for over 30mins.

3 step process. 1. Written exam - 60 minutes Question from the basics of mechanical engineering, some questions from English and Bangla. - Then full industry visit. They showed where well, the candidates, will work, what is the the process. 2. Presentation - they will provide 40-50 minutes to prepare a slide for presentation. 3. Interview - first, the slide have to be presented. Then, interview starts. It takes full day for all those activities.
