The initial interview process was easy. They asked a few basic questions. The second round was supposed to be a call and they kept delaying the process for months by saying "the employees have gone on a company vacation" and "they will do a call next week". They never give you a YES or NO answer and compel you to not take up another job offer.

Entrevista
The interview process when I started was good. I was interviewed by a Senior Recruiter who quickly moved me into a 2nd stage where I got to meet with a core team member as well as an Executive.

Asked me about my previous experience. Situational questions around how I would deal with stress. Spent a lot of time finding out why I wanted to work there and discussing what they had to offer.
