I did an in person interview with the marketing director at first then I was asked to do a marketing plan as an assessment and present it to a group, I was then asked to wait for 2 weeks for feedback, I presented my plan and 2 weeks passed with no feedback, which makes me feel that they just wanted a free plan and new ideas.
