Overall not good. I was called by a consultant, and the interview was scheduled at 9:30 AM and was asked to be on the premises 'on time', wonder what , i reached the office at 9:45 and it was empty, the interviewer came to office after an hour, so much for their 'come on time' advice.
Then i was handed a sheet of 3 pages containing 3 questions, one about writing a complete Spring MVC application, it was painful to write 3 pages of java code, then one simple question on sorting, and a theoretical question.
Then I was asked to wait 'outside' of the office, god knows for what. I did so, after 20 mins I was interviewed by a guy who seemed to be drowsy and uninterested to take the interview, He asked a lot of questions, typical core java + spring mvc of moderate complexity. He took a lot of time to think and frame each question, seems he was not prepared to conduct an interview. After all, i was told that the result would be informed later.
When asked for expected CTC by the HR, i said 30 % increase of my current salary, and she was little shocked. Seems they dont have that much funds, and the office is too small, in fact it doesn't look like an MNC at all.
With size about slightly larger than a 3 BHK , lacklustre arrangement, irresponsible people, I would not recommend this to anyone interested in looking for a good job.
