First Aptitude, If cleared then HR or Manager round is taken. The company’s HR does not care about your valuable time and money you spent coming for the interview. Even after clearing the aptitude, HR does not care if you should be getting chance for the next round! We candidates sitting there could clearly see it depends on HR’s mood and that’s very un-professional not giving chance after clearing aptitude. We observed, HR was also very rude to the candidates who didn’t clear any round. Instead of saying try after 6 months, HR used inappropriate words such as “You did not clear the round, Leave The Premises Now!”. Saying this to someone before everyone there, is kind of an un-professional culture.

Interview turned up on site actually went quite well. Was one on one, went quite smoothly. Interviewer was really polite and I honestly thought I am in for a chance here to get the job.
I got ghosted after two weeks. Absolute radio silence.

Entrevista
Phone interview with HR who just ask a few motivational questions. They call unscheduled. Then a competency/motivational interview with someone in the team. Afterwards, a case study interview where they talk through a scenario that is likely to occur in your business area. Mine was a graph that I had to talk about and identify the cost drivers and profit drivers. This was really difficult because you cannot prepare for it and the answer really lies in information that I think is quite difficult to know if you've never been in the industry.

What is the difference between organic growth and inorganic growth?
Interesting and there were a total of 3 rounds of interviews, asking basic questions as well as giving scenario based questions to ask. Overall process was a full day and it was quite interesting
