first round is screwing round by talent acquisition group HR. Pretty decent and professional to arrange interview with hiring team and panel. Second round : I had almost 40 -45 mins discussion about my experience, questions about Business analysis processes, Agile, Waterfall, Data analysis, and SQL. Did pretty well. The hiring team was from US and UK. Very professional guys and I would say it was a good interview. Third round : Bar raiser round with director level guy in India. This too was a good professional discussion no complaints. Then came the local HR interaction. These guys are located in Pune. Absolutely unprofessional in the way they speak. They speak in loud aggressive tone and they make you feel like they own BNY Mellon and are doing some charity by offering you the position. They won't respond back to your calls. They take their own sweet time to collaborate internally for releasing the offer and they never gave me any updates on the status of profile. And guess what ! this was told to me during my earlier hiring and management interview that HR people here they sometimes take quite long to reach out to candidate after interview and sometimes those discussions with HR don't go very well. Eventually, I got an email, that I am being shortlisted for the role and asked for my salary and other documents. After sharing these documents, no word from HR for more than a week and all of a sudden on Friday I see an automated email that I am not selected for the position. wrote back to the HR. They have no courtesy to respond. overall a total waste of time and effort.. !! potential candidates beware of HR.
