The process begins with a screening phone call where you are asked about "why" this position as well as going over the candidates background/ resume. Wasn't too long in length. Maybe 15-20 minutes or so.

Initial phone call from recruiter (not organises) and was asked why i wanted to work there and why I fit the role. Then two 30 minute interviews on the same day with two different people.

It was a basically a phone interview with a manager from one department. None of the questions are overwhelmingly difficult, just that you explain your answers best you can. Also, asking them questions will show how motivated you are in that potential intern position.
