Got hired through a friend this was the easiest way to get the job, too much work otherwise for not a great job. They haven't built out the business as well as it should. Resources lacking in many areas. Lots of guys that have made careers elsewhere brought in, not into developing talent.

No interview question was too difficult. I got the job based on a recommendation from a freind.
It was nice and swift. First you have a call from recruiter with general questions.
Then interview with hiring manager.
In both cases I talked about my experience and what I can bring into company.

1 HR screening + 2 Technical rounds, focusing on resume experience and JD requirements. What technologies were used, how they were used, majority scenario based questions. Incident stories & cross functional team interviews.

HR, Hiring manager, Head. Each round is like 30 mins. Basically experience and skill matching. HR is very friendly. Try to prepare more on the past experience and why you want to do this job.
