2 step di selezione più test logico-numerici e di lingua inglese. L’assessment center era strutturato con presentazione e 2 prove di gruppo. Il colloquio con hr e manager del team è durato circa 45 minuti. Ho ottenuto feedback dopo una settimana.

The phone screening with the recruiter went well. Then I had the virtual call with members of the team. I thought it went well, but apparently not. I was surprised the recruiter ghosted me without any feedback or follow up. I followed up once a week for two weeks and then finally got the automated message. It’s totally fine to not be selected for a job, but I expected some common courtesy letting me know I didn’t get the role.
