Innoversite - Hackathon based selection process. Online assessment is the 1st screening process, then they shortlist for the hackathon there you'll be teamed up with people randomly. Make sure you have a good communication skills, showcase yourself not only coding perfectionists but also in other activities conducted there.

Quite unprofessional over MS Teams, will kick you out over technical difficulties on their end and you're required to email your work to them. Pretty inefficient and taxing process.
