The recruiter reached out to me and set up a call but when she learnt I was on a work permit she mentioned that the hiring manager wanted someone with a PR or citizenship. I did push back on this and went on to an interview. They made me solve a case but I didn't have to present it which was weird. I also felt the MD was disrespectful because he didn't have his camera on for the interview. Also, the short process of just 2 rounds takes forever.
