Applied online, the day after received an email from hr about arranging a virtual interview. The day after the virtual interview, received a call from the branch manager about the in-person interview.

how to deal with an angry customer?
if a customer came to the branch, he has a bmo debit card and he wants to pay for his td visa card, what service would you provide for him? ( I said I will suggest him to apply for a new bmo credit card, blah blah)
how to teach old people to use online banking?

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
