Submitted my resume thru the website but got contacted thru a submission to an instructor who works there. Was interviewed by phone and came in for a personal interview later with the Senior Manager and Director. Got an offer for a contract, but was made into permanent after 6 weeks.

the whole interview take about 30 or so more. very fast and asked some questions about my current job and some questions about sales skill and let me give some example to show my sales skill.
