Recruiter screen and hiring manager 1:1, wasn't taken to final stage. The recruiter communication and style was great, the 1:1 not so much. The role was misrepresented and was an account management position posited as project management. Interview was very one-sided and was very "gotcha" with the question styling. Getting details about what the role actually entailed was like pulling teeth. The company wasn't even listed on her Linked In. Given the company's reputation it was a hard pass for me.

If you could tailor this role between project management and account management by a percentage, how would you design it?
I had a quick phone call. The woman was very nice. Mainly discussing my experience and the company. The usual screening call- "tell me about yourself?" and then explaining the role and the company in more depth.
