Staffing analyst from the HR department contacted me for initial phone interview. She later called me back the following day around 6pm to reschedule. On the day of appointment phone interview, she called to reschedule again due to departmental meetings the whole day. On the following week when the scheduled phone interview came she never called. I had to take a late lunch from my current job to cater to her appointment time and she failed to contact me as promised. The following day she contacted me and made up some excuse about her house was flooded and that she missed work to attend to her personal business. She then insisted on rescheduling the fourth and final time on the following week to have the phone interview. On the day of the last phone schedule time, as the same previous predicament, she failed to call. Similar to every failed appointment calls I contacted her 40 minutes later to found out the issue. she claimed that her Outlook appointment clock was not functioning, thus, she was not aware of the time in regards to our scheduled phone interview...I was speechless.
