Initial phone interview with HR very informal. Second phone interview discussing specific positions with HR in specialty. Interview scheduled with unit management, which was rescheduled. Video conference interview with team members, manager, and unit educator. Was told I’d hear back in 3-5 days. HR contacted me to see if I’d like to interview with other hospitals in system 3 weeks later and said the specific facility was still doing the interviewing process. I declined any further interviews within the system and told them I was no longer interested in the position I had interviewed for. Still very disorganized, and decided to seek employment elsewhere during the waiting with higher pay.
