Automated Hirevue interviews Completed about 20 now - always repeating the same questions / games and never using my last Hirevue interview results - painful! It is a decent enough screening system but you have to query what the assessment criteria and target candidates are when you see some of the people that are hired vs friends/network you know who interviewed for the role. Understand it’s a big company but your time gets wasted repeating hirevue interviews - some human contact or just basic feedback after 5+ screenings would be nice.
