I sent my resume and cover letter and was selected for the next stage. The next stage was a video self interview. The interview was not long, roughly 20 minutes. It included questions, and also a component of games to test skills such as memory and basic mathematical abilities.

had a group interview with 15 other women, first half was a build a bridge exercise and the second half were group presentations on how to improve the safety of mining
