The recruitment process was disappointing from the start. Communication from the internal recruiter was slow, and while I was asked to be highly flexible with my schedule to accommodate the manager, that courtesy wasn't reciprocated. During the technical interview, two of the three panel members kept their cameras off the entire time, which made for an impersonal and one-sided conversation. I was also not warned that there would be two additional engineer alongside the manager, and told nothing about what to expect from the interview process overall. To finish, I was ghosted after the interview. Regardless of the outcome, ghosting shows a fundamental lack of respect for a candidate's time and effort. I would not recommend the process.
