one HR 15 - 20 minutes call to ask basic questions, and one hiring manager 30 minutes call to ask some project, background questions. then onsite with team mates in panel , about 45 - 60 minutes.

A month after applied, received an email from BECU recruiter, asking for a phone interview. 5. The next day Phone Interview. 6. 10 days after phone interview. Another phone interview was supposed to take place. Instead, I was invited to an onsite interview. Two hours interview (2 different interviewers every hour - managers and future peers).
