There are 2 interviews in total. First with HR on the phone for like 15 mins. Second with two Branch Managers, a panel interview. Asking about why this company and why this role.
Interview process was very straight forward. 7 question video interview online where you record your answers. A couple days later received a phone screen to go over any additional questions that I may have and was selected to have a 1on1 interview with a branch manager. Branch manager asked behavioral style interview questions that again were very straight forward.

The recruiter, Patricia, was very friendly and professional. I felt cared for as a candidate as she walked me through the hiring process. The second interview with two branch managers was about 30 minutes via video.

The interview process was overall a natural conversation! :) I was interviewed by 2 people so I am not sure if that’s the usual process but I got a really serious interviewer alongside with another one who encourages you to bring your personality to the interview which I think was a great balance! I initially thought I screwed up my interview and even admitted to being nervous because I so was just so honored to even be considered. Turns out they called me back for another interview and I have been here a few weeks and LOVE it already! I wish I knew about them before any other Job I had.

Name examples of how you handled an upset client or customer and how did you handle it?
Basic interviews questions but they will be able to tell if you are authentic in your examples. So be sure to use moments that you feel proud of your work in.
