I applied online. I received a link about 24hrs later to do a digital HireVue interview. I was contacted by a recruiter the next day to schedule a time for a f2f interview. She was very nice. It consisted of 3 women that asked me 3 different questions. They want a lot of details of how you deal with different situations. They are STAR format questions. They were nice and friendly but had poker faces so I honestly wasn't sure how they felt about me. Two days later I got the call for a job offer! Currently going through the background process. They have great benefits and good starting pay.
