I approached the COO myself via LinkedIn after submitting my application on their website. After an online introduction call, I had an online case study interview with the COO & an Entrepreneur in Residence, where I had 48 hours time to prepare my solutions. As a final step, I was invited to Berlin for a last Culture Fit Interview with the COO, an Entrepreneur in Residence & the Head of Expansion. I received an offer the same day.
