Both virtual and in person interviews are conducted. No automation / ATS or HRMIS available. Interviews are not difficult and if you are from any big 4, then the offer is simple and fast. Overall not a tough interview process, on scale 1 to 5, i will rate it 2.5 to 3 .

3 stage process, interview with Manager, then Director and then a Partner within the sector team. There may also be a excel modelling test which is not that difficult, but just to be prepared for it.

Overall the interview process was good, quick turnaround time. Within two to three weeks all the process are done. There would be a preonboarding call is set up the discuss before you join the firm.
