On campus interview with a few Directors who presented in one of my classes. Got a call a few days later to come interview in the Dallas office. They flew me out and had me interview with some associates and directors there. It was super laid back. I got a call back a week later with the job offer.

Entrevista
Started with a phone interview from their recruiter, who reached out to me via Linkedin. Phone interview was basic behavioral questions. After phone interview, I was reached out to a couple weeks after. Went to their office and interviewed with 2 directors and an associate. Directors gave most interview-type questions (e.g. behavioral). Associate gave more of an overview of the job to see if I would enjoy the position. Couple weeks after got the offer. Overall process took 2-3 months.

They first had an initial phone interview they asked very general questions, then after if chosen they had a personal interview. The entire personal interview was very strange the individual did not ask many questions.
