sent resume via email. They scheduled several screening calls and face to face meetings with numerous executives of the company including internal recruiting, HR, department heads, etc. who asked many questions.
Five Interviews, two Human Ressources, two Fits with Managers and Partners, one Technical. Went well, very positive, made me want to work at BDO. Questions were not too technical, you need to mainly show that you are motivated.
