Colloquio di gruppo con altri 5 candidati riguardo uno scenario astratto in cui venivano testati abilità di lavoro in gruppo, ascolto, logica e overall performance. Successivamente breve test di inglese, seguito da un test di logica in cui bisognava praticamente assegnare priorità a diverse attività che potevano essere svolte in un arco limitato di tempo. Nella parte finale interview privata con due senior manager per discutere di motivazioni, fit ed esperienza.

Colloquio più o meno tecnico per un prima esperienza lavorativa, abbastanza facile. Il tutto durato circa una trentina di minuti e con un manager, esercizi anche carta e penna. Sembrava fosse andato male e invece ho ricevuto l'offerta.

The interview included many behavioral questions (e.g., "Tell me about a time when...") that required detailed STAR-format responses. The interviewers dove deeply into specific bullet points on my resume, asking follow-up questions about challenges, outcomes, and my exact contributions. They also proactively asked about other relevant experiences not listed on the resume to get a fuller picture of my background and skills.
