Horrible Interview process - The company claims to be "Makers of Possible" but they can't possibly seem to make a decision on an applicant for a role. To this day I still have not heard back from the company on their decision. I was told that I would be contacted the week after on the final decision after doing all the rounds of interviews including an in-office interview. They were really leaning towards an external applicant but it seems they really like to hire internally at the end of the day. Don't even waste your time. And oh! Reposting the job at a lower pay grade is also a very funny move- people pick up on that. Good luck with your endeavor of interviewing applicants all over again with the hopes of "widening the applicant pool".

Very standard behavioral questions - non-technical - Really they offered no questions that would enable the applicant to showcase their analytical and presentation skills. They really don't seem to value your background especially if you are young and come from other med-tech firms.
